Since I changed my tariff a few weeks ago, Visual Voicemail on my iPhone 8 has not worked. I called 202 and when I finally got through they talked me through turning it off and back in again but it still doesn’t work. Getting through on the phone again is a challenge! The online help suggested checking the iData bolt on was turned on, but I can’t find where to turn it on. Any ideas? If it’s not that, any idea what it might be? Thanks in advance.
