I have an O2 SIM only plan and a Virgin Media SIM only plan. I want to be able to access the dashboard for both plans, but I haven't received any information from Virgin about how to do this. Note: access to the Virgin Media dashboard has been disabled, so I am now blind to my usage and billing information.

You will have to create a new My O2 account for the Virgin SIM using a different email address to the one used for O2.
Virgin Mobile have all but shut shop now and their community is set to become read only

The Virginmedia sim only plan should have been changed over to O2 by now
Are you still paying Virginmedia or O2?
