I have a o2 sim which is faulty have been to the o2 store twice so they can verify my ID was told i will get email with esim however to log in to my account I'm stoll being told I need a code which is getting texted to the broke sim or esim I was never emailed. I have called I have been to the o2 store and nothing

o2 dont email esims, to users, the store should have given you an esim pack and done the sim swap for you.   If you dont need an esim then just ask for a physical sim for your phone.
