VAT bills are not the norm on the personal side in O2 - that said, assuming the System 360 upgrade does not change things, they used to be an O2 enabled setting which made a VAT bill available in your MyO2.

It can take several months of hassle to get VAT invoices switched on in My MyO2 - once enabled, it stays on, usually. Just keep calling 202 around 08:00am until you get a good agent who knows how to apply to your account.
Note the VAT only applies to your Refresh Tariff Airtime component, as the Device Plan is a credit agreement.
If you are SIMO or on a bundled tariff from a reseller, the VAT invoice shows all the detail and a VAT number on the first page of the bill.
