Boring but where can I get VAT invoices for my paid phone bills. This is not available on my 02

you have to ring 202 and get them to set you up for vat invoices

This is the worse bit of 02 service. The only way to get resolve it is to actually go online and "chat" to an advisor by explaining you need to be set your account up to receive VAT invoices. Do this and it works.
