The web view of MyO2 shows your VAT bill if enabled, and the enablement dialog tells you to contact O2 on-line- so use the Socail Media route, and nudge them until they respond, @RSA23 - good luck!

The new format VAT bill looks like:
And if enabled on your account, it will only apply to bills generated after that date, so you will need to ask O2's Social Media Team to e-mail any earlier bills in the new VAT-enabled format to you.
