Using old number but text and message are setting up for new number

Hi I gave a pac code to transfer from sky to 02. My phone number has been set up but everything else text, msn is on the new number? Any ideas how to change this

Go into phone settings and change the number yourself.

Settings >Phone >My number. 

Edit, save it, then reboot phone.
