Is anyone else having problems upgrading? I've tried for the last 4 days using the apps on my iPhone and iPad, it just keeps crashing. I've also tried on the website (accessed via my iPad) but again, after a certain point it just crashes and won't let me proceed. The website says we can still upgrade. Any suggestions?

Yes there have been a few posts saying the same.
Could you try another browser i.e. Edge or Internet Explorer?

Many thanks for your advice, I tried using Internet Explorer via my XBox One and it worked fine! Placed my upgrade order with no problems. Just strange that I wasn't able to do it using the app, never had problems before. I informed O2 using the survey they sent me.
