Hi,
I am looking at upgrading my phone, Samsung S9 to a Samsung S20 FE through USwitch and the best deals are still with O2 contracts. Can I and how do I keep my number as I know I can keep it switching to another network with a PAC code.
Thansk for the advice.

For an O2 to O2 transfer, you just need to call O2 to migrate your number.
You must do this or your old contract will continue to run and you'll have 2 contracts to pay for.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

@ChristophM If all you're doing is purchasing a new phone, just use the O2 sim you already have. If you need a 5G sim, you will have to speak to customer service.
Below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
