Hi, I'm a little desperate for an issue to be resolved. I spent the past 3 weeks in Greece where my Iphone died after 3 hours and it never had data/signal. It was a really stressful experience and my internet with this phone is still awful. I spoke to 02 to leave my contract as it didn't comply with the service agreement, but was persuaded into a new Iphone 12 with 5G. However it's been over a week and my track your order still says out of stock.
1. Why is o2 advertising the product is in stock? and I still haven't received mine?
2. Has anyone else had this issue with their phone not in stock? I have no way of contacting someone about this.
3. I am leaving the UK again soon, and very worried I won't be able to use my phone. I was on my own in Greece and had no way of getting up my covid forms, booking references and maps. It was the most stressful experience. I'm wondering should I just leave o2 now after this awful service? and if there's any support/ know how to speak to a person about this. All the contact us directories takes me to another FAQ page.
