I am on a pay monthly contract and have been since October so I have been waiting patiently to upgrade to a device. My account showed I could upgrade in 24 days so I was excited to shop around for a new phone! There was also an option to upgrade my tariff so I thought why not? But now that I have changed my tariff it says I have to come back in another 6 months to upgrade to a device! If I knew that changing my tariff would push me back 6 months I would not have upgraded. Has anyone else had this problem? I find this really unfair!
