What if the contract is through a reseller, ie a non-refresh deal, but still with O2? MyO2 says I can pay a small sum to upgrade (to Refresh!) now, but INFO to 85075 says it would cost twice that amount to terminate. I would like to upgrade on a Black Friday deal but with a reseller that offers a better price for the same phone and a similar tariff... And my upgrade date in MyO2, with no penalty, is 04-Dec-2022.
