Can anybody  help I phoned up to complain about my upgrade which is originally 22nd December but 02 screwed my account up put it back to 26th April sent a complaint via email phoned up yesterday advisor I spoke to filled out a form while I was on phone to him put me through to specialist upgrade team who went through Al upgrade till phone cut off at 02s end phoned back they said I couldn't upgrade till April I shouldn't have been told I could upgrade even though upgrade team said I could I'm really mad about this just lieing and been told different things thanks

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Although if the computer is saying April then I doubt anyone can override that I'm afraid.
