Why when you need to upgrade they don’t give you the same deals like they give to new costumers ??

They do.

Everyone gets the same deals with O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I was due to upgrade from 07/2020 and when I want to upgrade they give me a deal of £80 monthly, and if you go as a new costumer the same deal was £57 .
Like that they lose their clients

That's nothing to do with being a new customer.

That is a discount from a 3rd party reseller who get a commission from O2 which is passed on to the customer.
