Hello,

I am trying to upgrade online with delivery to my work address. The system says, they cannot deliver to that address. The address I enter is correct, it even has my company name for the post code using Royal Mail finder. What could be the problem?

It is not my biling address and I am unable to collect in store. I would like my colleagues to forward the new devie to me as I am abroad currently. Just wondering what options I may have, would any of the below be possible:

- deliver to my company address and someone else to sign for it

- deliver to another EU contry

- someone else to collect the phone in store.

Many thanks,

zoltan

Your best bet is to ring customer services. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

to see about delivering to your works address.

O2 wont deliver to another country

Neither will click and collect work for you as you need to collect with your ID...

Possibly  but there are ways round that too, all easily done online. It depends on just how long the op is abroad and how important this is.
