Upgrade problems

I was due a upgrade today but a few months ago instead of a tariff change I upgraded my sim only and they added 3 more months to my upgrade date called straight away and 02 reversed the upgrade and was told the date would go back but never did I have called many time but with no luck can any 1 suggest anything I might be able to do as I technically did not upgrade and have now been with.02 over 6 months?

Hi Cleoriff I have many times promised call backs no 1 ever does sent to management they reassure me will be resolved but still no luck and spoken to numerous staff that all tell me different things and have spent over 20 hours on the phone with 02 and keep going round in circles

O2 rarely call back and certainly won't whilst most of them are working from home.

However, the number I gave you above does have excellent results in getting through to an advisor who helps. Try it and see.

Yes I did and we have reached a compromise upgrade 4 weeks 😎
