Hi i ordered an upgrade on wednesday for an iphone 5. it said in stock for next day delivery.
Once i had completely the upgrade. Only then did you send a follow up email to say it actually was not in stock.
There was no timeframe or indication of how long it will be, and it was a nightmare trying to speak to anyone or find any live chats, the contact me links all re directed me to my order page, not helpful at all.
All i want to know is a rough time frame for me to receive my upgrade. please can somebody let me know.

You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options

I've had the same issue the the Samsung s21, the best I got was that there was problems with the supplier and that they couldn't give me a time frame.

Same here for the s21 . But they were happy for me to pay off my existing contract . Its a joke
