Upgrade on O2 simplicity...

I've been on hold to O2 for 50 mins tonight and gave up in the end! My account says I'm eligible for a 'fast track ' upgrade but that this isn't available online hence the call. I'm wondering what options are open to me?
I'm on O2 simplicity 300 12 month for my iPhone 3GS - I chose this because I was about to go on maternity. I think my phone is about to give up the ghost so I'm wondering if I can get an upgrade and still have a package that costs me no more than £25 a month as my bills have never been more than £25?

I'm not fussed about iPhones although I would quite like to keep a fairly decent one......

it sounds like your decribing o2 refresh have a lok at that in the shop section and work out some prices

If you are due a fast-track then pop into any O2 store and they can sort it out there. I know its slightly more than you budgeted but if you can stretch to £27pm then the Sony Xperia SP is a good shout and that tariff includes unlimited calls, unlimited texts and 1gb of data on O2 Refresh.
