Hi Everyone!
I upgraded my phone yesterday and stupidly chose the wrong model. I now want to send it back but not sure how the process works, also, what happens to my contract - does it revert back to the old one? I want to exchange the phone I received for the correct version but the website doesn't give any clear instructions on how the exchange part works - how long would it take for the new phone to arrive and how do I even go about telling them what phone I actually want because there's no way to contact anyone?
I hope someone can help me!?
