Hello
Received email telling me I could upgrade to new Note 10 Ultra 5G and they will.lay off my existing contract, I could do it though the link in email but when I go through all options its asking me for the full amount left on my contract.

So wondering why I got this email.

Thanks

Was the email from O2?

You always have to pay off your old device first.

I had the same email too, but it's just a marketing email to persuade you to upgrade. They aren't giving anything for free.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Email was from 02 has it had last 4 digits of mobile number.

The email.said " wondering about your old device dont worry we will lay it off in full for you to upgrade "

As said above, it's just a marketing email and totally misleading. I haven't had one, although others have.

As you found out when you checked in your first post, it would require you to pay off your old device first.

They are giving nothing away at all.

Yes agree with you just a marketing ploy but they should really send them.out to people who's contracts are up due and not to everyone has its misleads people
