Solved: Upgrade and data allowance

Recentlu upgraded phone my previous data alloeance is showing as a bolt on and is being added to my current data allowance. Also what happens to previous account bill if you upgrade. Will payment stop autonatically

Your bill date stays the same and just changes to the new tariff rate.

Your old contract is automatically cancelled.

Extra data always shows as a bolt on Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data?

The upgrade and new allowance is 5GB. Previously I had 15GB. Now showing as 20GB allowance but i dont know the 15GB has been added.

That may all change after the first bill as you will still have your old tariff allowances until then.
