Ok so I'm eligible for an upgrade and I want to upgrade to iPhone 5s when its released on the 20th however I want to know is there any sort of charge fee when you upgrade ? Like will i be charge or anything if I want to upgrade to iPhone 5s and keep the same tarriff and number I have now?

O2 haven't published the tariffs yet but there is almost certain to be an upfront fee for the phone itself.

You could always check in your My02 ,when its time to see what's open to you.

Take into account that even though the iPhone 5s is released on the 20th of September, their will be Limited or No availability.

Alright so what exactly are the benefits of upgrading cause it seems like there is none ? What do you get from upgrading

A new phone and a new contract.

If you're happy now with what you have then stay as you are, your contract will continue on a 30 day basis until you decide to change it.

Yes but the phone isn't exactly going to be free is it? Like how much less will I have to pay etc

An iPhone 5S is unlikely to be free.
