O2 haven't published the tariffs yet but there is almost certain to be an upfront fee for the phone itself.

You could always check in your My02 ,when its time to see what's open to you.
Take into account that even though the iPhone 5s is released on the 20th of September, their will be Limited or No availability.

If you're happy now with what you have then stay as you are, your contract will continue on a 30 day basis until you decide to change it.
