Upgrade Disney Plus

Hi, I upgraded yesterday to the iphone se2020 which isn't released until the 24th, I get 6 months of free Disney plus. I thought it might be in my extras today, any idea how long it takes to go onto your account?

I purchased Disney plus onto my o2 account and it said if I did this then I can get £2 off of my month out phonebill , however it seems to have come in without it and I’ve had to pay my bill plus Disney plus, without the £2 off? Any ideas ?

There should be a  -£2.00 on your bill if you download the bill as a pdf

I chose my extra when I did the upgrade yesterday. I will wait for the dispatch, just impatient 😂
