Hi, Ive made an upgrade order and everything looked ok until i went to check out an error poped out at the end and ive sent email to my basket to my email, no email until now (15-20 min later) and i saw that even tough that my order is not showing anywhere it still took money from my acount.

Give customer service a call around 8.00am if you can to check if the order went through or got stuck in the system Guide: How to find help & contact O2
You should also find that the money is just reserved and not taken until your order completes.
Check your spam for emails from O2 as many seem to be going in there currently.
