Hi there
I recently received a new device as a present and wanted to update my details somewhere (if needed) to reflect that I'm using a pixel 4 instead of my huawei p30 pro.
As o2 doesn't stick pixel 4 directly, this may not even be necessary, but wanted to check - Better safe than sorryl0

Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers
Dom

No need to update anything.

It will do it automatically eventually.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

A week ago I changed from an iPhone 5S to an iPhone 13. O2 have not yet automatically updated my details. How do I get it to happen?
