Dear o2

haven’t registered the SIM card and have no intention of using it. Therefore, I am not legally obliged to pay for a service I have not used.

I have  previously attempted to contact yourselves on numerous occasions but to no avail. For example, waiting 40 minutes to finally get through to an advisor only for them to terminate the call. On other occasions I have waited 30 minutes for my call to be answered before giving up.

Best regards

Steven Turnbull

@SET1 We are customers who are giving you advice based on the experience of seeing instances like this before. You really do need to heed the warnings you've been given. O2 are ruthless when it comes to unpaid debts, and have ruined the credit ratings of many people for less than the amount you owe. You can choose to ignore what you've been told, but it isn't going to be the ones warning you who will rue that choice, it will be you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
