Unpaid bill

Hi I have lost my job due to covid-19, i couldn't pay my bill and my phone has been cut off I can't make important phone calls to order prescription phone universal credit etc , I also have an underlining health problems and live alone , I risk my health and went out to make a phone call to o2 customer service, I was told that they were going to allow me till the 18th April to make important phone calls to spot my situation out , But they didn't I m so disappointed with o2 , I can't even explain with words I m using my home wifi which supplied by sky they were so helpful let me use my internet , I will take this matter to my local newspaper to I want everyone to know what a disgusting company o2 is and I will never ever use them again , [Removed]
