Unlimited Minutes

My record shows my unlimited minutes as half used. Can this be correct. If this question has been asked before could you please direct me to it. Thank you.

If you have unlimited minutes then that's what you have.

Check in My O2 to see if you have been calling premium numbers

If nothing untoward then you have to call O2. All numbers in this guide

Your tariff minutes will be used as normal. The unlimited will kick in once they are used Jane.
