My pay monthly contract is up for renewal in June

Just looked in My O2, I am on Refresh

I don't have a copy of the contract - it got lost in the post - or more likely was delivered to the empty house next door = our house numbers are very similar

Hope that helps

Click on tariff info for details of your allowances.

So you actually only have 500 minutes on your tariff Jane and you have used half of them.

Your remaining minutes will start when you have used up those.

@Anonymous

You tariff from your pic shows you have 500 minutes call time 500mb data and unlimited texts. However for all pay monthly customers this was stated.

Pay Monthly:

 Lifting the limits on voice call allowances for our Pay Monthly consumer customers. UPDATE: We are extending unlimited calls to standard UK numbers for another 30 days till 31st May. Your tariff won’t change, these calls will just show as free of charge on your bill and in My O2.
