Every few months I get unknown tariff charges, fees or some other charge that is unknown to me. I do not use the phone for gaming, ads or any charges other than my monthly service payment. I have gone over the non use charges over several years with 02. They cannot tell me exactly what the charge is for other than to say I bought something. This goes on for and hour or two every time this happens. Because I have this headache every few months with them, I specifically told them to block out anything and everything that would be an extra charge other than the flat service fee. This month again I have another tariff unknown charge of 17.23. I have had the phone on airplane mode and only useable in wifi since March. Still I am getting these unknown charges. Does anyone else have this problem. What action do you take against this?? Please help.

Hello,
I am still trying to get an answer to the surcharges that show up on my 02 account when I have not bought anything, nor have late fees etc.
Lisa, mentioned it could be a late fee of 3.50. However, the bill states "late fees" if there is any which I have no late fee.
There is still the 17.23 surcharge that no seems to be able to explain what it is for. Is there anyone out there that gets surcharges off and on with no explanation of what it is and at the same time not having bought anything. Can you advise how you were able to deal with it.
