Unexplained adjustments on my bill

Just received my April bill and find I have been charged  £6:57 for "Adjustments". there is absolutely no explanation of what these adjustments are?

Actually just solved puzzel by going into the PDF of my bill where everything is itemised. found out this was an international text messaging charge. It didn't appear on the online itemised bill at all.

Anyway thanks for your help.
