Have received the following text out of the blue. What do I do as can't get to speak to anyone at O2 and this is really making me worry.
O2: Thanks for your order. Your SIM is on its way and will be with you in the next 1-3 days. To activate your SIM text SWAP to 20220

Unfortunately I am not a great user of social media and am trying to get support via their published contacts. Have tried web chat and phone without success.

Unfortunately not. Agents are always busy with no option to queue. Phone sends me around in loops and I never find anyone to help, or even talk to.
