I ordered a new monthly contract with an iphone 13 pro 3 days ago.
O2 were quick to take my £30 upfront payment but then said it was under review and would take up to 24 hours. It's been over 72.
I've called customer service 4 times. 3 of the agents were very confused and put me on hold while they called their colleagues and passed me around to various departments. 1 hung up when I explained the problem.
I have received all legal documents, a temporary number, order confirmation.
Problem is, I'm away over Christmas, and if it gets sent out while I'm away, who knows where it will end up. The only reason I ordered it was because they state next day delivery on the site.
Please advise what I should do.
