Hello, please can I have some help to unblock my phone/sim. I have changed to EE because I don't have any signal with o2 where I live and my phone is blocked by o2. I am unable to recieve codes because my o2 account has now been shut down so apart from not having any signal or not being able to use my phone to call or recieve messages from o2 with the codes I need I'm not sure how to unblock my phone/sim?

@Rachelhelen Call 0344 809 0202 or 0800 032 1402 using Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype # or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Hi,
Is there any advice for when the form won't submit? I keep getting the "Oops something went wrong" message. For security details I click on "I don't know my password" and filled in the other questions instead.
