I have a mobile broadband, pay as you go sim but I cant not top it up. The O2 store can not top it up for me, I have asked twice - they say I should top it up online. But when I top up online the payment failures, probably due to that my credit card is registered with a non-UK address. Help please.

@Anonymous you can only topup mobile broadband by card as stated in the mobile broadband t&c
Access can only be purchased using your credit/debit card. Payment can be made using Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express* (*with the exception of iPad customers). This clause supersedes any contradictory term in the O2 Pay & Go airtime agreement.
