I received a text from the number 07538 013612 claiming to be O2 advising that my latest payment could not be taken, along with a link to log in to my account and confirm my address. When I log in to my account there isn’t an outstanding balance and I recently paid my monthly bill. Is this scam text?

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.
