I upgraded yesterday morning have kept the same number. I was told it could take up to 24hrs for service to start on my new SIM. My phone is showing O2 service and I am able to send texts but unable to call out or receive incoming calls

Keep rebooting your phones @Smileyfem @FeeFee.

It can take up to 6pm for the port to complete (although it is normally complete before this).

There is some advice in the guide below about porting in to o2.

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

I'm getting a similar issue after adding an apple watch to my account. Glad to know it isn't just me slight_smile
