Can anyone advise me what will happen, I’m having a nightmare. So I’m disabled and have a sign on my door informing any deliveries to be patient. DPD came to deliver my upgrade and didn’t wait for me to get to the door. I contacted them straight away to complain and they couldn’t get hold of the driver but told me they would sort redelivery. I then got a message informing me it was at the collection point ready for me to collect which I’m unable to do as I’m disabled. I called back and was told there was nothing they could do now it’s been delivered to the collection point and I needed to either collect or if not it would be returned to O2. What happens if it is returned? Will they contact me or do I have to upgrade again? Disgusted that they didn’t give me chance to get to the door even though there is a massive sign informing them of this. Then to be lied too and told that they would send it back out is just awful. I’m so upset that they have no means for disabled people to get redeliveries.

Sorry to here about your problems with DPD, that seems ridiculous to me, and I would expect them to redeliver, might be worth making an official complaint to DPD as well.


I would recommend reaching out to o2 via Social Media and explaining the situation to them and see if they can help, as it will probably get returned to o2 and you will need to wait for it to be processed before doing the upgrade again...
