URGENT iPhone7 unlock

I need to get an old iPhone7 unlocked today  I sent an O2 request three days ago and i haven't had an email through.

Please please help, it is for my brother who is unwell and has been visiting and flies home tomorrow

Can they do it instantly ?  Would it be an independent phone unlock company or should i got to o2.  Sorry for my naivety !

Have you tried another sim?

You don't get a code for iPhones so it may have been done, also if you connect to iTunes it can help to complete the process.

Yes they can do it while you wait usually.

We have 3 mobile phone shops where I live (and there are two on the market) and it's all while you wait.
