Hello yes want to set out a complaint email to o2.
Briefly I topped up my mobile on the 3rd of October with £10.00 pounds as there appeared to be nothing in the account, then without using the mobile i checked the account on the 4th of October and found the amount had been reduced to £5.00.
Naturally i would like to know where the money has gone so, if anyone can let me have the email address to write to i would be extremely grateful.
Thank You.

My money is on data use.
If you are on web daily the cost is £1 per day if you access the net.
Check in your My02 to see what tariff your using.
Remember you may not be using data but if you have a smart phone your apps may be in the background.
Ring 02 on 202 contract / 4445 payg or use live chat to sort this issue out.
