How do I add o2 travel to both of my phone lines as I am travelling to Dubai. When I send the text message to 23336 as it states on your websites it says it is no longer available?

How do I get O2 Travel?

Before you set off, sign in to My O2 to check if you have it.

Get the O2 Travel Bolt On by texting TRAVEL to 23336 or add it in My O2. If you don’t activate O2 Travel, or you visit a destination that isn’t covered, you’ll pay our standard rates.

It should be available but if you are having issues, contact O2

Check in MyO2 If you have either of these

If you have the O2 Travel Inclusive Zone Ultimate Bolt On, you can roam here at no extra cost.

You can use the O2 Travel Bolt On, which gives you unlimited minutes, texts and data for just £6 a day. You can opt-in to O2 Travel by texting TRAVEL to 23336. You’ll only be charged for the days you use it.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

O2 Travel is normally added to accounts automatically

So it should be there already in My O2

Forget the error message as it is still available

I have had O2 Travel since it started. When I upgraded in July, It disappeared from My O2.

I'm not unduly concerned as I doubt I'll be travelling anywhere again, where I might need it.

That was my reason for asking the OP to contact O2 if they can't find it in My O2, or by texting the O2 Travel number.
