Transferring payment details

I have ordered a phone for my fiance under my name and payment details to pass the credit check as he was refused but would like to know if we can change the bank details from my details to his. Its not a problem if not but would just make it easier to manage.

Yes you can. Either call customer service or you can do it via O2.

Be aware that as the account is in your name you will still be responsible for the payments. I'm sure you are in a stable relationship but just want to point out any repercussions slight_smile

Hi apbd and Welcome to the Forum,

Yes ,Customer Services can do this for you , numbers here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus ,and as said as we've recently come across posts similar to yours remember the contract is in your name , is your responsibility ,and your liable for the bills and until the contract runs it's course.

Welcome....
Please follow jonsie's advice and if you have any more problems questions come back and ask slight_smile
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

As everybody has already said, yes, just call CS, however wait until after the first bill has been paid.
