I am trying to transfer a number from ID Mobile to O2 on my Son's phone...

I ordered a 12 month O2 contract sim and it arrived today so i put it my Son's phone and obviously its the new o2 number. When i ordered the sim i entered the PAC i'd got form ID Mobile.

I'm just confused as to if or when the number will port from ID to the new o2 sim.

Is there anything i need to do to make it port? Or will it happen automatically?

There are sometimes issues with PAC codes used when ordering, so might be worth trying again.

You can either follow the guide below, or try getting in contact with o2 via social media as we can't access your account here.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
