I am setting up my new iPhone 16 pro and it won’t transfer my old mobile to the new device

You need a new esim pack.

Safest way is to go in store with photo ID but there are so many issues with esims that we recommend you get and stay with plastic sims.

At times like this, it is handy to have a second number registered in your MyO2, so the OTP they send to login can still be received - any mobile number on any UK network will do, so long as it is someone close who can tell you the OTP when it is sent... Good luck, @SH84.
