Transferring a mobile number from another network

Hi

 

I've been trying to transfer my vodafone mobile number to my new o2 sim. I've got my PAC code from vodafone and i've filled out the keep my number form twice now and heard nothing back from o2, not even an acknowledgement email...Its been 4 days now since i submitted the second form.

 

Whats the problem???

Not sure @Anonymous Maybe you need to contact cs to see why your number hasn't ported over?

Contact vodafone and make sure they have forwarded the correct information over to O2.
Unfortunately until O2 receive the details from Vodafone, you have to chase this up with them.

i have tried that, but the live chat is always busy and i haven't got time to wait on hold on the phone while at work! and you have no email support...

 

If theres an issue can't customer services call me?
