Hi @ragedcribs

It’s probably a scam and has been reported frequently on here. O2 are supposed to be looking into it, though they obviously haven't managed to shut it down as yet.

Do not open it or click on any links

Forward the scam text to 7726  free of charge

Other ways to report here…. including Action Fraud website

It's a well known scam going round. Block the number and don't follow any link.

Forward the text to O2 on 7726 then delete and block.

Check My O2 to make sure your up to date.

They will keep changing the number to get round the fact that everyone will block the number each time.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
