I received a text message last night confirming my order had gone through although i havent ordered or touched anything regarding my account, I then had a message this morning confirming theyve added my out of bundle charges reduction. Has anyone else had this? Could it be fraud? Thanks

It usually means you are been moved over to the new billing system, which for some reason means the system sends you a text talking about a new order..
Check Myo2 but there is nothing to worry about

The out of bundle charges reduction is a billing alignment to ensure that you do not pay more than you did when with Virgin.
It is a genuine message from O2 and works in your favour.
