Worrying but we know these are system generated messages when a customer is moved from the old billing system onto the new.
Lots of people been getting them, but in truth it's nothing to worry about an nothing will change

As @Enlli says maybe nothing to worry about but if you are concerned you can access o2 customer services through social media and leave them a message outlining your concerns, they can then double check for you. This method doesn't involve long times on phone as they should message you back.
