Sent 1 text to a 07797 mobile number and have been charged 3 times for that single text?
Firstly, I don't why I'm being charged for the text as my monthly tariff includes unlimited texts, but more so why be charged 3 times for the one text (on my bill it shows the charge against the same number 3 times and all at exactly teh same time of the day......)?

It was text only.
Either way, why would I be charged 3 times for the same text, which is my main query?

Unfortunately can only currently contact Customer Services if it's classed as an emergency (lost phome or fraud), which this obviously isn't. Just means that I'll have to (unfairly) pay the unjust charges when my next bill is due in a couple of days time.
